Our sessions are individual to you. I have a wide knowledge of a range of coaching techniques and exercises, which gives us the freedom to explore what gets you the best results.

Here are some of the things we could do during a coaching session so you get the job you want:

  • Celebrating your successes and highlighting your strengths.
  • Presenting your knowledge, skills and experience in a positive way.
  • Developing a written profile for your C.V. and social media.
  • Preparing for interviews and rehearsing your elevator pitch.
  • Re-enforcing your self-belief and letting go of perceived gaps.
  • Translating your strengths, knowledge, skills and experience to new sectors.
