What happens during a career coaching session?
We work together to bring your strengths, skills, knowledge, experience and potential together into a package to present to employers.
Your positive self-belief will be reflected in your new social media and C.V. profile.
You will be able to verbally highlight your strengths and abilities with confidence.
Our sessions are individual to you. I have a wide knowledge of a range of coaching techniques and exercises, which gives us the freedom to explore what gets you the best results.
Here are some of the things we do during a coaching session so you get the job you want:
- Celebrating your successes and highlighting your strengths.
- Presenting your knowledge, skills and experience in a positive way.
- Developing a written profile for your C.V. and social media.
- Preparing for interviews and rehearsing your elevator pitch.
- Re-enforcing your self-belief and letting go of perceived gaps.
- Translating your strengths, knowledge, skills and experience to new sectors.
- Supporting you to have confidence in your abilities and take first steps.
