Frequently Asked Questions
How does coaching work?
We start with our free 30 minute Information Session during which you can tell me about your challenges, ask questions and find out how coaching can help you.
We then agree your overall goal and identify our headline topics to work on, for example ‘to improve your confidence’.
Next I help you to prepare for our first coaching session.
We work together on exercises, alongside supportive insightful questions, which help you to acknowledge and break free from the ways in which you limit your own success.
From here we move to a positive strengths-based approach, where we focus on what you have achieved and what you can do in the future.
Our sessions are individual to you. I have a wide knowledge of a range of coaching techniques and exercises, which gives us the freedom to explore what gets you the best results.
