1. Privacy Notice

Please be assured that your information will be used appropriately in line with data protection legislation, will be stored securely and will not be shared.

Type of personal data collected: Client name, email address, telephone number.

How the information will be used: To contact the client to book coaching sessions and any pre-arranged support telephone calls.

Lawful basis: Data subject gives their explicit consent.

Data collection method: The client gives the name and email address by email (sent by the client) when making first contact to set up the Introduction Meeting.  The client gives the telephone number verbally during the Introduction Meeting.

How long information will be kept for: Client name, email address, telephone number will be kept for the agreed duration of the coaching relationship (agreed between client and Jo Murfin).

Information sharing:  Information will not be shared with third party marketers.

We may use the following third-party service providers named below to process and store your data:

Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), which we use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscribers. Read their privacy policy.
