We work together to look at your self-belief, confidence in your abilities, life satisfaction and happiness.

Jointly we unblock from what is stopping you from getting what you want, maximise your strengths and focus your time and energy.

Coaching with me is a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore ideas that feel right for you.

What do we do in coaching sessions?

During our life coaching sessions we work through the Your Coaching Journey model.

How does coaching work?

Starting with our free 30-minute Information Session, you can tell me about your challenges, ask questions and find out how coaching can help you.

Then we agree your overall goal and identify our headline topics to work on, for example ‘to address your stress and get motivated’.

Next, I help you to prepare for our first coaching session.

What happens during a coaching session?

Together we work on exercises and I ask supportive insightful questions, which help you to know your worth and spotlight your potential.

We identify your motivations, what you need and what success looks like in your world.

You will be able to highlight your strengths and abilities with confidence.

I support you to define and take action.

Our sessions are individual to you.  With my experience and knowledge of a range of coaching techniques and exercises, we have the freedom to explore what gets you the best results.

Life Coaching Package


Five sessions with me:

• Three one-hour Coaching Sessions.

• Two 30-minute Reflection Sessions.

Unique copyrighted activities:

• Preparation questions and an activity to complete before the first session, tailored to you.

• Activities and reflection to complete between sessions.

• My wide knowledge of a range of coaching techniques and exercises, adapted for you.

A qualified and experienced coach:

• A qualified, experienced and insured coach, with knowledge of mindfulness techniques.
