Life coaching helps you to make a positive change in any area of your life, business or work so you can be your best self.
We work together to look at what is causing you to feel stressed and overwhelmed. You will learn techniques to feel calmer, more confident and able to motivate yourself.
Coaching with me is a safe and non-judgemental space where we can explore ideas that feel right for you.

Your coaching journey
During our life coaching sessions we work through the Your Coaching Journey model.
How does coaching work?
Starting with our free 30-minute consultation, you can tell me about your challenges, ask questions and find out how coaching can help you.
Then we agree your overall goal and identify our headline topics to work on, for example ‘to feel less stressed’.
Next, I help you to prepare for our first coaching session.
What happens during a coaching session?
Together we work on exercises and I ask supportive insightful questions, which help you to feel calmer and focus your time.
You will discover your strengths and abilities and feel more confident.
I support you to take action.
Our sessions are individual to you. With my experience and knowledge of a range of coaching techniques and exercises, we have the freedom to explore what gets you the best results.

Five sessions with me:
• Three one-hour Coaching Sessions.
• Two 30-minute Reflection Sessions.
Unique copyrighted activities:
• Preparation questions and an activity to complete before the first session, tailored to you.
• Activities and reflection to complete between sessions.
